Training Services

Entereza has a strong commitment to, and experience in, workforce development. Entereza offers the full spectrum of training services, from Requirements Gathering and Analysis through Delivery and Evaluation. These services offer our customers cradle-to-grave solutions for all of their training needs. Entereza’s use of Instructional Systems Design (ISD) and ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) aid customers in the comprehensive identification and implementation of their training needs. Entereza offers instructor-led, on-the-job training (OJT), computer-based training, web-based training, and blended learning solutions. Entereza also provides systematic processes to convert classroom training programs into effective web or computer based courses and course modules.

Training Solutions

Entereza has developed award winning training products. Our program managers and instructors are highly experienced and professionally certified individuals who utilize a consistent, repeatable approach to developing learning solutions. All Entereza products are specifically tailored to provide engaging and interactive learning for a broad range of learning styles, ensuring participants acquire and comprehend knowledge at the application level. Entereza also brings capabilities in providing practical laboratory experiences and practical field exercises where participants have a hands-on environment where they are able to put into practice what they have learned.

What We Provide

Entereza offers training development, delivery, and management for instructor-led, computer- and web-based, distance, and blended learning courses. Entereza also provides support functions in all areas of course execution, to include: course and facilities scheduling; registrar duties, producing course materials and handouts; securing distinguished visitor guest speakers; supporting mobile training teams; training personnel in the use of equipment and software; administrative support; and collecting and analyzing lessons learned.

Qualification/Requalification Training

Entereza develops periodic and on-demand training to meet customer qualification and continuing training requirements. This type of training is generated from needs/job/task/ document analysis, executive management, and/or mandates. Entereza has significant experience with military and government agency training and qualification programs, as well as the regulations and instructions that govern them.
